IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition

OiEau, as INBO Permanent Technical Secretariat, will be present at the Congress organized from 11 to 15 September in Copenhagen by the International Water Association (IWA). The theme of the Congress will be "Water for smart and livable cities", and it will deal with the digital economy, dissemination of innovation, adaptation to climate change, community and customer involvement, and sustainability.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Europe-China Water Platform (CEWP), OiEau, which has been leading a consortium with Finland and Portugal on river basin management and ecological security since 2018, will participate in the sessions organised on the circular economy and sources of financing. OiEau will report on the progress of the project with its CEWP partners.
