In-person learning

OiEau’s trainings are designed to provide your employees with the best possible learning environment and to promote motivating, dynamic and effective learning. Depending on the chosen course, features include:

A wide range of materials

Equipment used and handled in training sessions and presented in showrooms unparalleled in France, in the interest of being broadly representative and independent of any commercial link with suppliers.

Technical teaching platforms

Unrivalled in Europe, so learners can put their job skills into practice. These facilities support simulations that would be impossible on real-life units, such as testing equipment, diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, and running comparative tests. Designed with safety in mind, our platforms are constantly improved and optimised, with no commercial consideration.

Spacious classrooms

Equipped with innovative, high-tech equipment (touchscreen devices, multimedia studio, etc.).

Teaching laboratories

For analytical chemistry, operational analyses, microbiology, microscopic observation, calibration of portable analysers, and more.

Enriching discussions

Between learners from different backgrounds (if you opt for inter-company training), or a chance to build team cohesion( if you choose the intra-company format).

A constant focus on safety

In the design of our teaching tools

Our operational facilities (teaching platforms, laboratories, etc.) have been specially designed to simulate real-world conditions in complete safety and are permanently maintained by a dedicated technical team.

OiEau provides the equipment needed for certain operations: helmets, overalls, fluorescent jackets, gas analysers, etc. All our training courses include safety rules as part of the curriculum.

In the way we adapt to public health crises

The OiEau Training Centre ensures your employees and its own staff are kept safe by strictly applying the COVID-19 rules and guidance issued by the French authorities. Gloves, hand sanitiser and masks are provided for learners. One-way systems have been implemented in our spacious classrooms, and social distancing and other procedures can be applied.

Our health protocol

Faced with this unprecedented pandemic, the priority of the International Office for Water is to protect its employees, customers and partners. In this context, in order to welcome you in optimal hygiene and safety conditions, the Office International de l'Eau has adapted its reception procedures in accordance with government recommendations.

Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory, but it is strongly recommended for fragile and symptomatic people.

Learners who have been in contact with a positive case must wear a mask and be tested at D+2. If they test positive, they should isolate themselves immediately.

If a learner is infected with covid-19, they should isolate themselves immediately and leave the course. The organisation of the end of the course will be discussed with the management, the covid referent and their employer.

Hydro-alcoholic gel is available at the entrance to our premises, in the classrooms and the sanitary facilities.

The classrooms are ventilated several times a day, during the different breaks of the day or permanently, if possible.
