As well as being tailored to your facilities, when you host our training at your site you could also benefit from additional services:
- A baseline analysis covering your procedures, facilities, organisation, operational arrangements, issues, etc.
- Support with solving organisational, functional or operational problems.
- Assistance in optimising your services and infrastructure.
As part of these services, we sometimes provide post-service remote follow-up, for a duration and at intervals agreed with you. This helps to ensure that the changes and adaptation envisaged during the training are properly implemented, and allows us to answer any further questions you may have. Our customers also assess the return on investment from the training directly, both during and after the course.
