Recruitment policy
OiEau operates a transparent recruitment policy for employees and interns, based on best practices and in keeping with our status as a public utility association.
Consequently, we adhere to the following principles:

- Emphasising the importance of continuous training for our employees, in line with our overall strategy.
- Making the two sites that make up our Training Centre easy to access for people with reduced mobility
Recruitment process
Our recruitment process comprises four main stages:
- We advertise our vacancies internally to our employees and then on our website, our LinkedIn page and our partners’ platforms (such as Emploi Environnement, Gest’eau and Coordination Sud).
- The Human Resources Officer, Head of Department or Director reviews applications and draws up a shortlist of candidates.
- Candidates are invited to attend one or two interviews, depending on the position.
- In all cases, OiEau is committed to confirming receipt of all applications and providing all candidates with a final response.
