Skills management
Your staff skills development project should deliver a return on investment in the form of improved performance by your employees and, therefore, your services.
To ensure that your training programme is effective at all levels, in France or worldwide, OiEau will provide project management support by carrying out an inventory and a detailed analysis of your collective, individual, current and future training requirements.
OiEau can help you determine your requirements:
- Preliminary assessment: to supplement the skills inventory, we carry out a preliminary assessment of your organisation in order to identify areas where service performance can be improved.
- Competency framework: this describes the competencies expected from employees in terms of knowledge, hard and soft skills, reflecting technological and regulatory developments and your management’s objectives.
- Occupations framework: this gives a qualitative description of the occupations within your organisation, in the form of a relevant and representative list of the activities, tasks and duties associated with these roles.
- Training framework: this provides a qualitative and quantitative description of the required training courses.
- Training plan: this helps you structure your training project by specifying the provisional operational arrangements for delivery of these courses, as well as the progress tracking indicators.
- Assessments framework: this describes how the skills and competencies acquired by your teams following the training sessions will be assessed.
- Certification: the skills and competencies acquired by your employees following the training sessions can be certified by OiEau, as an accredited training provider, on request.
The Frans Bonhomme Group is very pleased about this partnership with OiEau. The development of skills and the professionalisation of our teams is a key part of our strategy, in order to provide our customers with the best level of expertise in all our businesses.
