The project in brief

As part of a framework agreement, a wide range of actions are designed to support ODYSSI's change towards better operation, in line with the existing progress contract: diagnostics and implementation of operational actions on a broad capacity-building objective (service organisation and management, investment acceleration, training, technical, commercial and financial expertise, assistance with the implementation of operational tools, etc.).

OiEau's missions

  • Audit of ODYSSI's strengths and weaknesses,
  • Establishment of a contract of objectives between the CACEM and ODYSSI with the definition of performance indicators,
  • Definition of a plan to improve technical and financial performance,
  • Analysis of the current organisation and proposals for changes to improve operational performance,
  • Identification of projects that could increase water production and thus reduce the number of water turns in sectors in crisis.
