The project in brief

The microbiological monitoring network (REMI) makes it possible to assess the microbiological quality of shellfish production areas.

The REMI web platform is designed to collate the results of this monitoring, which are transmitted by the laboratories in near real time. It enables :

  • the collection of test reports from the laboratories;
  • the analysis of the conformity of formats and samples;
  • the verification of the classification of the areas according to the results of the analyses;
  • the production of decision-making dashboards.

OiEau's missions

  • Development and maintenance of the platform,
  • Data control based on the Sandre repositories (including the EDILABO exchange scenario),
  • Production of indicators and dashboards.
