Project management for the modernisation, security and energy optimisation of the Limoges Métropole main wastewater treatment plant - Communication operations

The aim is to

• To make the experience of Limoges Métropole (LM) on water management known at regional, national and international levels (to elected representatives, professionals, via the OiEau partners' network, among others),
• To meet the ambitions of the LM Territory Project (TTH) adopted in December 2021, and more particularly to adapt the urban ecosystem to its environment in order to

- Deploy energy efficiency wherever possible,

- Establish a strategic water cycle plan.

• Inform and reassure local residents and inhabitants about the current project.

Updating of the website dedicated to the construction site: key figures, technical performance (by lane), investments and optimisation (by lane), news;

Drone filming to obtain aerial videos and photos of the site;

Communication on social networks;

Production

• of mobile physical supports, which can be set up in a room or during specific events;
• an interactive presentation usable on the website and during visits, based on the principle of the personalised purification of the LM project is realised for the end of the construction site;
• a virtual visit of the completed WWTP, usable during the visits and on the website, is realised for the end of the construction site.
