Study on the pricing of drinking water services in Europe

In order to provide a European overview of policy frameworks and their implementation in practice, and to identify examples, the comparative study aims to examine :

• the policy framework for water management, with a focus on drinking water services,
• the economic models for ensuring the renewal of networks and management infrastructures,
• the modalities of water pricing,
• the actions to be taken and feedback from experience in relation to a consumption reduction objective.

• Data collection and processing,
• Data synthesis and analysis,
• Writing the article.
