L’efficacité des Services Eau et Assainissement demande une optimisation et un renforcement permanent des compétences.
La formation professionnelle est un outil essentiel pour atteindre cet objectif. En France et dans le monde, les besoins en formation pour toutes les catégories de personnels sont considérables et peuvent être satisfaits grâce, entre autres, à la formation continue des personnels en place, qui permet une réelle progression des qualifications.

If Water and Sanitation services are to be efficient, then skills need to be permanently optimised and enhanced.
Professional training is a key tool in achieving this goal. In France and worldwide, the training requirements for all personnel categories are considerable. Continuous training of the personnel in place is one of the ways of meeting this need and of improving the level of qualification.
